- Identify and segment target customers, their pain points, and needs through qualitative and quantitative research, and solutions to meet those needs.
- Drive core product marketing deliverable including positioning, messaging, branding, and identity solutions.
- Set growth and retention targets and create quarterly marketing plans to meet them.
- Manage product communication team and drive creative writing and localisation process.
- Plays a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the product is differentiated from competitors in the marketplace.
- Present to executive leadership for cross-functional alignment.
- Minimum of 6+ years of marketing experience
- Capable of handling multiple projects at the same time(portfolio management)
- Came from FMCG industry background experience is a plus
- Exceptional creative ideation and evaluation skills, with the facility to work across media and audiences
- Able to conceive and deliver strong presentations, whether on creative, strategic, or agency educational topics
