- Drive the sales number by implementing different strategies to expend the market share.
- Optimising Sales & Distribution strategies along with resources allocation to achieve business objectives.
- Assist Director Sales & Distribution in determining long-term strategies considering the future market dynamic and environment.
- Construct comprehensive measurement standards for Sales & Distribution department to support Managers to monitor achievements.
- Select and create enhancement of commercial activity toolbox, tools and processes to support achieving strategic objectives.
- Develop Sales & Distribution Strategy based on corporate strategic direction.
- to improve the effectiveness and efficiency on reaching sales target.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years in FMCG or Retail industry in management level.
- Track record on increasing sales number throughout strategic planning.
- Key account management experience is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skill is a must.
- Team-player mindset with strong leadership.
- Solid presentation skill.
