* Ensure operations comply with company policies and procedures as well as brand image.
* Diligent review of store operation performance to maximise efficiency and productivity.
* Work closely with MD to ensure excellence in retail market.
* Excellent customer experience by identifying ways to deliver excitement and to exceed customer expectation.
* Responsible to search, identify and suggest potential site according to the requirement of strategic site plan for the expansion of store network
* Work closely with Operation and marketing team to ensure that planned promotions and marketing activities deliver target objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Solid retail management experience in retail brand side(not necessarily in furniture related brand) and familiar with department store negotiation.
- Strong track record of sales target hitting.
- Good people and front-line store management experience is a MUST.
- Strategic thinking mindset is a MUST.
- Excellent English communication skill.
