They are now looking for a Retail Operations Head to oversee multiple brands within the group.

職務說明

  • Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with the group's overall vision and brand positioning.
  • Drive growth across multiple brands by optimizing store networks, formats, and customer experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, visual merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
  • Oversee daily retail operations across all stores and brands, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational standards.
  • Implement best practices in inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing retail operations team across diverse brands.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
  • Provide training and development programs to strengthen retail talent pipelines.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across all retail channels.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for retail operations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising brand standards.

理想的應徵者

  • 15+ years solid retail management experience in retail industry, appareal categories is a big plus
  • Proven track record of managing multi-brands retail operations at scale.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of fashion retail trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Hands on leader and able to motivate team members to drive sales
  • Strong data mindset with inventory management
