Retail IT Lead (POS / ERP / Store Operations)

This role is responsible for ensuring stable IT operations across 80 retail stores, covering POS, infrastructure, and user support.You will also play a key role in upcoming ERP replacement and business system integration initiatives.
  • Directly report to GM with real ownership over store operations
  • Lead upcoming ERP transformation and OMO integration projects

Job Description

  • Manage daily IT operations across retail stores, including POS systems and end-user support
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues impacting store operations
  • Coordinate with vendors for ERP systems and infrastructure support
  • Support store openings, system setup, and on-site troubleshooting when required
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT
  • Drive and support ERP replacement and system integration projects (OMO, payment systems, etc.)
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in retail, multi-site IT support, or POS-related environments
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure (network, server, VM, AD, etc.)
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience across system, network, and hardware
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, operation-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders
  • Project exposure (ERP / system implementation) is a plus
