About Our Client

Our client is a globally renowned luxury brand focus on fashion and leather goods. They are now looking for an experienced and visionary Retail Director to lead their retail operations in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic retail plans to drive sales, profitability, and brand positioning in the Taiwan market.
  • Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including store performance, visual merchandising, and client engagement strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and retail teams to uphold the brand's luxury service standards and exceed business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with VIP clients and develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and finance, to optimize retail performance.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance with brand guidelines, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Drive omnichannel integration and digital innovations to enhance the customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Taiwan luxury retail market and customer expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
