In recent years, we have also expanded into natural, organic, and health-oriented products to meet modern lifestyle trends.In addition to our strong business performance, we are committed to sustainability and responsible business practices, actively driving initiatives in carbon reduction, sustainable sourcing, and packaging innovation.職務說明-Directly manage the P&L for sites in Hong Kong & Taiwan to achieve sales and profit targets and drive brand success.-To establish and deliver operations capital and revenue strategies so as to maximize return on investment. - Create a sales-driven culture with high performing teams who have focused sales plans and who will achieve planned financial goals in a consistent basis.-Develop and nurture a "culture of customer centricity", operational excellence, throughout the company; Häagen-Dazs shops should differentiate themselves by service Inspire excellence and passion for customer services.-Maintain and constantly develop innovation and cost effective stock generation.-Create simplicity from complexity: remove blocks and barriers from the organization. Oversee the development (and constant evolution) of standards, tools and KPIs.理想的應徵者 At least 15 years of progressively responsible brand building or general management experience within a multi-unit, multi-geography, multi-model, international (ideally premium) restaurant or retail environment.
