Job Description

  • Manage and support distributors and dealers across Taiwan, Vietnam, and the Philippines, offering product training and sales enablement.
  • Drive 2D Printer business growth by delivering market insights and reporting regularly to the Japan headquarters.
  • Conduct product and sales training sessions to strengthen partner capabilities.
  • Attend trade shows, gather competitive intelligence, and propose strategic improvements.
  • Identify and build new channels and market opportunities across the region.
  • Travel up to 50% monthly across ASEAN and Japan.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have solid channel printing knowledge, preferably in industrial printers, signage equipment, digital printing systems, or related sectors.
  • Experience in B2B channel sales, including managing distributors, dealers, or printing equipment partners.
  • Strong technical learning ability with confidence in delivering product and sales training to channel partners.
  • Fluent English with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, including the Japan headquarters.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and self-driven, able to work independently in a fast-growing and dynamic business environment.
  • Willing to travel frequently and comfortable managing multiple ASEAN markets simultaneously.
