Job Description

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 3 to 4 professionals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals in the U.S. and European markets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management and problem resolution.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in international sales, particularly in export markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the U.S. and Europe.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
