Job Description



  • Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and executing sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.


  • Managing Sales Team: Leading, training, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.


  • Building Customer Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


  • Analyzing Market Trends: Monitoring market conditions, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies and stay competitive.


  • Reporting and Forecasting: Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.


  • Collaborating with Other Departments: Coordinating with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts and improve overall business performance.


  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, ensuring sustained growth in the region.



The Successful Applicant

  • Have at least 5-8 years experience in Networking industry.
  • Fluent in Englisgh
  • ProAV experience is a plus
  • Audio/ Videos swithes perfered
  • Familiar with channel is a plus
