Job Description

  • Developing and nurturing enrollment channels with international high schools, colleges, and study-abroad agencies, converting leads into school enrollments to meet regional targets.
  • Strategizing, organizing, and executing marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and achieve regional Profit & Loss (P&L) objectives.
  • Gathering and analyzing market data, student feedback, and competitor insights to inform regional business development strategies.
  • Providing recommendations for product enhancements and admission process improvements to drive continuous growth and excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
  • Preferably, experience in business development within the education industry, with a focus on international high school and college development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in market development, excellent interpersonal communication skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive, self-driven approach.
  • Willingness to undertake short-term business trips as required.
