- Responsible for talent recruitment by existing or newly developed recruitment channels.
- Participate in the campus recruitment and external agency activities.
- Support training and recruitment related project.
- Plan and execute activities for employee engagement.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years recruitment experience has been working as a headhunter will be a plus.
- Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Must be proactive and innovative with good communication skills.
