Job Description

  • Lead the Regulatory Affairs team (more than 8)
  • Develop and execute product registration strategies, prioritize tasks, and implement regulatory plans while managing multiple projects to align with company objectives.
  • Plan and execute regulatory submissions for new products, indications, renewals, and necessary changes to maintain product registration, adhering to established timelines.
  • Review regulatory documentation, identify gaps, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Engage with regulatory authorities to facilitate swift approvals and ensure optimal labeling.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and trade associations to streamline the registration process.
  • Oversee development projects, including early-stage pipeline products, and drive regulatory requirements for development and pipeline activities.
  • Provide regulatory support to cross-functional teams (medical, commercial, market access, supply chain, etc.) to meet business needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Offer regulatory input for marketing strategies, product launches, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance of promotional materials from a regulatory standpoint.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory affairs within the life science industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to develop and implement regulatory strategies for product development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
