About Our Client

My client is a global leader in hardware and electronics design and manufacturing for automation field, with design operations in Australia and manufacturing in Taiwan. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative electronic solutions.

Job Description

  • Enhance and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to support both design and manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and implement quality strategies, KPIs, and improvement initiatives using tools like SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between design and manufacturing teams, ensuring smooth process integration and issue resolution.
  • Oversee quality assurance, including inspection/testing protocols, quality metrics, and audit management.
  • Evaluate and collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Quality Management, or related field (advanced degrees or Six Sigma certification a plus).
  • 7+ years of quality management experience in electronics manufacturing, with a track record in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in QMS (ISO 9001), advanced problem-solving, and strategic project management.
  • Good in English oral and written skills, with strong leadership, innovation, and customer-focused skills.
