Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Project Leaders to strengthen quality mindset and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Own the ISO‑9001 audit strategy, supplier audits, and compliance validation activities
  • Drive cross‑functional resolution of material quality issues using structured problem‑solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC
  • Evaluate manufacturing and supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities and promote LEAN practices
  • Represent the Quality department in key reviews, influencing strategic decisions through data‑driven insights



The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 10+ years' experience in high‑tech manufacturing with strong expertise in Quality Assurance or Supplier Quality
  • Demonstrates strong leadership in complex environments and experience working with supplier, logistics, manufacturing, and R&D interfaces
  • Has deep knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, TQM, and Gauge R&R, with excellent problem‑solving capability
  • Communicates effectively in English and thrives in multicultural, cross‑functional stakeholder environments
