It has a stable supply chain and a solid customer base in the global market.

Job Description

  • Develop the department's annual work plan based on the company's strategic goals.
  • Effectively execute and monitor the quality management system processes to meet product and service quality requirements.
  • Maintain customer relationships, and facilitate the handling of customer complaints and product returns (RMA).
  • Communicate effectively with international clients to assist in resolving customer issues.
  • Make quick decisions and take effective measures when unexpected situations arise.
  • Develop the skills of team members to improve the overall efficiency of the Quality Management Department.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Proficient in the ISO quality management system, and skilled in using various quality tools and methods, such as SPC, PFMEA, and 8D.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in the FPCA/PCB or electronics industry, with an understanding of production processes related to manufacturing and quality assurance roles.
  • Quality management experience in electronics manufacturing, with a background in directly interfacing with automotive clients.
  • Proficient in ISO quality management systems (such as VDA6.3, VDA6.5).
  • Ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
  • Team management experience with strong communication and coordination skills.
