  • Lead cross-department projects, aligning engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams


  • Develop and execute project strategies balancing schedule, cost, and quality


  • Drive process improvement and raise PMO maturity


  • Collaborate with global teams, with strong English communication & presentation


  • Build leadership capability toward future department head succession



The Successful Applicant



  • 15+ years in semiconductor or manufacturing, with solid large-project leadership


  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills


  • Fluent English for seamless global team interaction


  • Strategic mindset, negotiation skills, learning agility, and adaptability to change
