Job Description

  • Direct the team in creating innovative module product designs and advancements in technology.
  • Supervise the transition of module products from development to mass production.
  • Coordinate team efforts on electronic circuit design and system architecture implementation.
  • Advance the development of new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
  • Focus on cost optimization and analyze competitive products.
  • Manage the application process for intellectual property patents.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 10 years of work experience is required.
  • Experience with optoelectronic components, firmware, or packaging process engineering is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in electronic circuit theory and experience in system module development and manufacturing are highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel is essential.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in written English communication is advantageous.
