Job Description

  • Lead and manage thermal and cooling projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, set timelines, and manage resources effectively.
  • Regularly report on project status to upper management.
  • Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the thermal and cooling industry.
  • Strong understanding of cooling technology.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English
