Job Description



  • Product Strategy & Roadmap


    • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for home energy storage systems.


    • Identify market needs and translate them into clear product specifications and development priorities.


  • Project Management


    • Drive and manage the full product development cycle (hardware-focused), working closely with R&D, design, procurement, and manufacturing teams.


  • Market & Customer Insight


    • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

The Successful Applicant



  • 5-10 years of experience in product or project management, ideally in energy storage, power supply, or related industries.


  • Solid understanding of power electronics (especially inverters, energy conversion, EMC).


  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product life cycles.


  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, especially in articulating product-market fit.


  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); Mandarin.
