About Our Client

Our client is a well-known MNC companies with several different BUs for different categories. They are now looking for a Product Manager for their OTC BU and handle assigned brands in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Market Intelligence Collection and Analysis: Gather, integrate, and analyze market data, including information on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, to support business analysis, establish brand equity, and achieve business goals.
  • Business Results Monitoring: Track and evaluate business performance through sales achievements, assess investment efficiency by recording marketing expenses, conduct post-evaluation of marketing campaigns and trade promotions, consolidate forecasts, and implement action plans for stock and warehouse capacity management. Monitor other key performance indicators by brand or client.
  • Client and Brand Information Management: Integrate brand or client information and requirements, act promptly based on mutual alignment for business operations, and prepare regular reports for brands or clients.
  • Product and Materials Review: Periodically review product stock levels and point-of-sale materials, conduct sales forecasting, and prepare purchase orders as needed.
  • Trade Promotion Tracking: Monitor and track the status of trade promotions, support product training initiatives, and oversee the production of detailing aids.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, regulatory, supply chain, and customer service) and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers, and vendors) to ensure smooth business operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years solid product management experience in OTC / consumer healthcare categories
  • Possess both brand marketing and trade marketing experience is a big plus
  • Familiar with pharmacy channels (both chain pharmacy or independent drugstores) in Taiwan
  • Preferred categories handling experience: OTC, Medical Device, Personal Care
  • Experience in managing OTC and medical device brand portfolios, including positioning, pipeline management, and post-tracking. Experience in new product development and the capability to manage it is a plus.
