Job Description

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities. Identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development process, working closely with R&D, production, and design teams to create innovative and high-quality liquor products.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and manage go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, updates, and phase-outs. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and market share.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and address market needs.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all products meet regulatory and compliance standards, including labeling and packaging requirements specific to the liquor industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years solid product management experience in FMCG companies
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from concept to market.
  • Outgoing personality with positive energy
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
