About Our Client
Our client is a well-known consumer healthcare company in the world. With great product with strong brand awareness, they are now looking for a Product Manager to drive peak sales through setting the marketing strategy for achieving that long term vision.
Job Description
- Develop marketing plans to maximize the value of company's existing and potential new products in the pipeline.
- To be responsible for working with the marketing manager to develop and ensure effective execution of aspects of the brand strategy & campaign with a specific focus on opportunity assessments, positioning and launch planning to maximize the value of company's brands with Consumers.
- Work with marketing manager on NPD development for future pipelines.
- Documentation work including annual marketing plan, annual sales target and expense budget, market research/insight and analytics, project management.
- Work with internal and external stakeholder and provide input to cross-functional planning and programs.
- Work effectively to build Consumer programs and incorporating brand messaging across all stakeholder groups.
- Collect market intelligence on market trend and competing environment to create and sustain competitive advantage of products.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor or Master Degree or business management or marketing relative.
- 6+ years of solid brand and product marketing experience in well-known FMCG companies, consumer healthcare experience is a big plus
- Familiar with the whole process of NPD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strategic team player, hands on with growth mindset
