We are seeking a seasoned Business Leader to oversee product management and account strategies for consumer electronics BU, as well as emerging automotive applications. This role involves managing a large team and driving global customer engagement at a strategic level.

Job Description

  • Oversee BU P&L for the consumer & enterprise product lines
  • Manage account relationships with major global customers across Europe and the US
  • Supervise R&D and PM teams under the BU Head, with responsibility for over hundred staffs
  • Drive strategic initiatives for business and ensure operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Line Leader should have:

  • Proven leadership experience as BU Lead or equivalent level
  • Strong background in system manufacturers (desktop, server, or consumer electronics)
  • Ability to manage large teams and complex organisational structures
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with global clients
  • Power/adaptor experience is a plus but not mandatory
