Job Description

  • In charge of researching, developing, and implementing new products, encompassing product requirement analysis, formulation of technical solutions, design development, and verification testing.
  • Ensure that product technical quality aligns with standards and customer specifications, and consistently pursue product optimization and enhancement.
  • Responsible for fostering communication and coordination among various departments (such as manufacturing, quality, PM, etc.), fostering effective collaboration between the Product Engineering Department and other departments.
  • Accountable for budgeting and controlling costs within the Product Engineering Department, ensuring prudent resource allocation and efficient resource utilization.
  • Oversee the progress of product development and adherence to product delivery schedules, guaranteeing punctual delivery and meeting anticipated quality benchmarks.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8 to 15 years of relevant working experience in Product Engineering field (Cost, Time Management)
  • Candidate who is from Semiconductor industry will be a huge PLUS.
  • At least 10+ people with leadership experience
