About Our Client
Our client is a well-known Food & Beverage company in the world. They have a clear company vision with strategy to grow in Taiwan. They are now looking for a Private Client Relations Manager to engage with HNW clients.
Job Description
- Operate as part of the local marketing team and deliver brand building relationships with private clients.
- Deliver on the HNW recruitment strategy and create opportunities to network and build rapport with potential clients for recruitment.
- Organizing corporate and partner events together with the head of marketing and brand managers.
- Able to provide product and pricing information by clarifying business partners request and client requests; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering question.
- Aligns with the marketing calendar and is consistent/ cohesive in brand voice and all brand communications (including Messenger, Line, SMS, email).
- Actively recruit new consumers via networking and our events, etc
- A key user and contributor to the new Consumer Relationship Management platform and ways of working, including a focus on consumer profile management, segmentation and communication
The Successful Applicant
- 6+ years working experience preferably in beverages, hospitality, or luxury marketing / retail.
- Experience in communication, PR, CRM, marketing, events are all welcome
- Familiar with VIP engagements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressures and willing to take up challenges
- Highly motivated, dynamic and proactive approach
- Good in spoken and written English.
