About Our Client

Our client is the global industry association serving the manufacturing supply chain for the micro- and nano-electronics and green energy industries, including semiconductors, optoelectronics semiconductor, flat panel display (FPD), micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) and sensors, printed and flexible electronics, photovoltaics (PV), wind energy, smart storage, green finance and hydrogen fuel cell(HFC).

Job Description

  • Develop and implement PR strategies and manage PR agents and stakeholders to achieve annual communication goal.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, literary agents, and other publishing industry professionals.
  • Coordinate with marketing, program and outreach professionals to ensure the successful publication and promotion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan and organize industry events, trade fairs, seminars and media conferences and communicate with media for maximum earned exposure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies for upcoming titles.
  • Collaborate with outreach team and market feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to authors throughout the publication process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with speaker, agents, and other external partners.
  • Work with oversea PR team for regular media distribution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proven more than 10-year experience in marketing, PR, media, publishing, literary agency, or related field.
  • Familiar with semiconductor, electronics, computer science, technology industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal ability to build rapport with authors and industry professionals.
  • Knowledge of media publishing contracts, copyright law, and industry standards.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for literature and storytelling, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility as needed for industry events and conferences.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
