Job Description

  • Lead and manage the product program management division, ensuring alignment with business goals and product development timelines.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, and customer-facing teams.
  • Develop and optimize project management frameworks to improve execution efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee planning and delivery of key strategic programs, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for global stakeholders, including customers, vendors, labs, and certification bodies.
  • Support organizational growth by implementing scalable processes and resource management strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in product or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in hardware-software integrated product development, preferably in networking, electronics, or ODM environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with experience presenting to international clients and executive teams.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking, process improvement, and resource allocation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build team culture and lead with a coaching-oriented management style.
  • Experience working with global partners, certification labs, and compliance organizations is a strong advantage.
