Job Description

1. Product Lifecycle & Project Execution

  • Lead NPI projects from initiation to mass production and sustaining, ensuring targets for quality, cost, delivery, and service are met.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical project issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate internal resources to fulfill project commitments and meet customer expectations.



2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing coaching and career development support.
  • Define and monitor performance KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.



3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and account management teams to ensure product success.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Represent the division in executive-level meetings and program reviews.



4. Communication & Reporting

  • Deliver clear and concise updates on project status, business performance, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
  • Maintain transparent communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding milestones and challenges.

The Successful Applicant

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.



Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the server, ODM, ICT or hightech industries.
  • At least 8 years in a leadership role managing teams and complex projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full product lifecycles and global cross-functional teams.



Skills

  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of ODM business models, NPI processes, and BOM cost structures.
  • Proficiency in English for international business communication.
