Job Description



  • Develop and execute operational strategies to meet efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery targets.


  • Manage site budgets and monitor performance against financial and operational commitments.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, HR, IT, and finance.


  • Lead problem-solving initiatives and drive cost optimization through process improvements.


  • Champion lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards, and automation adoption.


  • Negotiate with external partners to support site development.


  • Establish KPI reporting and ensure data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate will have 15-30 years of manufacturing or operations experience, including 8-10 years in leadership roles.
  • They will be based in Northern Taiwan, possess strong English communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to bridge cultural differences between global headquarters and local operations.
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented leader with proven success in translating business strategy into operational execution, they will bring strong analytical, organizational, and team leadership skills.
