Job Description

Responsible for the design of operations, planning and conduct of POP, ensuring resource and time allocation for completing all activities: Coordinate POP stakeholders, Obtain approvals, Overall management of the External Service Provider (ESP) or/and Healthcare Professional (HCP), Conduct relevant POP Supplier Quality Assessment (SQA), and etc.

Manage appropriate budget related to POP operations and support during internal/external audits and inspections as needed

Regularly interact with the POP Champion and the Pharmacovigilance Responsible (PVR) in order to discuss POP and ESP performance and compliance

Manage and evaluate vendor based on KPIs mentioned in subjected ESP contract(s)

Execute financial and legal activities (development of contract, review process via CLM, payment via SRM) in accordance with internal procedure

Make sure quality check on all regular reports/equivalent means from vendor

Ensure reporting and follow up of all spontaneous adverse events (AE) and technical complaints for all products according to respective SOP

The Successful Applicant

Master or above degree in medicine/pharmacy disciplines, preferably with diploma in hospital pharmacy, or equivalent degree in life sciences

At least 3-year experience in the pharmaceutical industry with solid project management experience; preferable experience in Medical affairs operation

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with ability to perform under pressure

Demonstrate artistic and creative abilities with an eye for details

Good understanding of relevant local laws and regulations

Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin
