Job Description

  • Design and implement end-to-end factory processes for manufacturing and quality
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful NPI and MP phases
  • Develop standard operating procedures and quality management systems
  • Recruit, train, and lead factory teams to achieve operational goals
  • Continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in manufacturing or quality management, with factory setup experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and international teams
  • Expertise in process design and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
