Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all HR functions and operations, to ensure all activities are on the right track and align with company strategy, vision, budget, law, and regulations.
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
  • Partner with line manager to manage organizational HR issues. People development, to plan and host the employee development programs to cultivate potential.
  • Drive HR team performance, to maximize the team performance by leveraging the strengths and potentials of the team members to hit HR KPI target.
  • Develop HR Team, to promote quality of HR team members through continuous learning, coaching, and project exposure.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business or Human Resources related field.
  • Fluent in English in communication with overseas subsidiary companies & business units.
  • Minimum 10-15 years in experience serving as HR in charge of full-function HR affairs (such as Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefit, Learning and Development, and Employer-Employee Relations) with global exposure, ideally in a Multinational Corporation, and 5 - 8 years in managerial position.
  • Familiar with HR management responsibilities, systems, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented and diligent in managing multiple priorities, tasks, and projects. Positive attitude with problem-solving skills, hardworking, and can work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Flexible to work at short notice and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and adapting to thinking on your feet when faced with frequent problems.
