Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsA global leader in international business, with numerous locations in Taiwan.Work with top partners, deeply developing skills and experience.About Our ClientOur client is a major player in the semiconductor industry, providing advanced solutions that are essential for producing cutting-edge microchips.Job DescriptionLead the industrialization of new products, systems, and modules, ensuring readiness across framework, which includes Product, Procedures, People, Plant, Production Tools, and Parts.Develop and compile documentation to meet critical decision milestones as per the process.Guide a diverse RD team across multiple projects to create reliable and scalable system designs.Manage the delivery of prototypes, capturing and addressing issues for a smooth transition to volume production.Support the industrialization process for prototype and pilot production, streamline workflows, and prepare for high-volume scaling.Oversee issue resolution processes to achieve maturity in volume production and meet cost objectives.Monitor pilot phase progress, coordinate resources, including manpower and parts, to ensure readiness for production.Define and implement training plans to equip the manufacturing team with the skills required for system assembly.Provide critical feedback to RD for continuous design improvements and maintain efficient issue resolution channels.Act as a liaison for Production and Sustaining Engineering teams, clarifying new product requirements and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.The Successful ApplicantMaster's degree required.Strong background in project management, with 5+ years of experience in the high-tech industry, ideally involving new product launches or design.Working at the forefront of technology means constant challenges and opportunities to collaborate.
