My client is a leader in pharmaceuticals with a diverse product pipeline focusing on oncology, immunology, neuroscience, and infectious diseases. They're dedicated to advancing innovative treatments and diagnostic solutions to address unmet medical needs across these therapeutic areas.

Job Description



  1. Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional program teams and Customer Insights & Strategies Team to conduct thorough market assessments and evaluate opportunities for pipeline assets in key disease areas.


  2. Market Assessment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan early and effectively, ensuring comprehensive market assessments and decision-making processes to maximize value for pipeline products and indications.


  3. Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and propose early commercial strategies, value propositions, and prioritized approaches for potential label indications, aligning with both Taiwan and Global TA strategies.


  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal partners (Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Insights & Strategies, and Payer Value & Access) as well as above-market partners (Region & Global) to ensure successful team outcomes.


  5. New Therapeutic Areas: Establish our client's presence in new therapeutic areas, fostering partnerships with relevant stakeholders to address unmet needs and co-create solutions.


  6. Data Analysis and Translation: Identify, analyze, and translate relevant clinical, landscape, and competitive intelligence data to inform asset strategies and business development opportunities.


  7. Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and medical teams to prepare go-to-market plans and activities for new products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum: B.S. degree in Medical/Pharmacy/Social Science/Business-related fields.
  • Strongly desired: M.S. degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years in marketing/access-related functions. Experience in diverse disease areas and proven track record of successful launches preferred.
  • Competencies: Business acumen, strategic vision, excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, and ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
