The National Sales Manager role report to Sales Director and lead a 30+ team members across whole Taiwan. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence for the assigned channels.

About Our Client

Our client is a global leader for Food & Beverage industry with diversified portfolio of iconic brands. They are now looking for a National Sales Manager and oversee the assigned channels across whole Taiwan region.

Job Description

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement national sales strategies for assigned channels to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate regional sales teams to deliver consistent performance and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Channel Development: Identify growth opportunities, optimize distribution networks, and strengthen relationships with key GT partners and distributors.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making and adapt strategies.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, trade regulations, and ethical business practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align on promotional activities, pricing strategies, and inventory planning.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years solid sales management experience in MNC FMCG industry
  • Familiar with General Trade channels and experience in managing wholesalers and distributors is a big plus
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Growth mindset and data driven with high learning agility and flexibility
  • Strong business acumen and embrace new changes
