About Our Client
Our client is a well-known consumer company in the world. They expand rapidly with a strong momentum in Taiwan at the moment. They newly create a National Sales Manager role in Taiwan to develop collaborative working relationships throughout Taiwan KAM and the AP commercial in pursuit of the of the company's overall business goals.
- Develop and implement the company's sales strategy across key market segments / channels to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
- Develop and execute Long Range Strategic Plan to achieve field sales targets and expand our customer base
- Assess, build and manage an array of necessary channels capable of delivering on the company growth objectives.
- Responsible for the full cycle of sales and business development from a planning, execution, management and control perspective.
- Control the achievement of KPIs and business growth.
- Accountable for account management and customer interface, working together and aligning with KA, Marketing and other functions of the organization to meet its strategic commercial objectives.
- Manage sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate lead inflow to reach targeted sales objectives.
- Build, manage and develop sales team through robust people development and performance accountability following but not limited to global competencies and regional programs.
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years solid sales management experience in well-known MNC FMCG companies.
- Solid people management experience - used to manage a sizeable team
- Experience in managing field sales team
- Customer Relations Management skill
- Strategic/Logical thinking, Critical/Analytical thinking skill
- Ability to build cross-functional collaboration with multiple Dept/stakeholders
- Planning and execution skill
- Excellent communication skill both in Mandarin and English
