- Maintain close contacts with independent distributors, including the identified leaders.
- Plan and execute the annual training program for independent distributors by different seniority and level.
- Manage the recognition and incentive programs that can reward and drive independent distributor's behaviour.
- Co-working with Marketing Department on event planning and execution.
- Provide timely and accurate report on sales status to the Sales Director.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in MLM industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- With solid coaching and training experience.
