About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Food & Beverage company in the world with diversified product portfolio. They are now looking for a National Sales Manager to oversee their HORECA channels as well as Key accounts in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aimed at achieving business growth targets.
  • Set and manage national sales targets, focusing on increasing market share and overall brand performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, including major distributors, retailers, and other key partners.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and promotional strategies with customers to drive sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior, preferences, and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a national sales team, ensuring that performance aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to execute the national sales strategy at the regional and local levels.
  • Implement performance evaluation systems, offering guidance and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years solid sales management experience in well-known MNC FMCG companies
  • Familiar with HORECA channels and Modern Trade channels is a big plus
  • Solid people leadership experience and used to lead a sizeable team
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as stakeholders management
