Our client is a global leader for its professional sector. They are seeking a strategic and results-driven National Key Account Manager to lead their key account team and grow relationships with major chained accounts in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute chain account strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Lead annual business planning, joint forecasting, and promotional planning with key customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and field sales teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Analyze market trends, customer performance, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and trade agreements aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive innovation and customer-centric solutions to enhance value delivery and long-term partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years solid key account management, sales or trade marketing experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing chained accounts with complex structures.
  • People Manager and experience in leading a team
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth mindset with high learning agility as well as flexibility to embrace new changes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
