Job Description

  • Manages project and service tasks, applying deep knowledge of DR products and applications, along with analytical skills, to resolve issues in line with established engineering practices, principles, and procedures.
  • Conducts on-site testing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, utilizing hands-on expertise while collaborating with global teams to resolve field-related challenges as needed.
  • Provides technical support to customers, facilitating effective communication to understand their technical needs and expectations, with frequent travel to customer locations for on-site assistance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or etc.
  • Minimum 2~3 years' experience with electrical service and similar automation product.
