About Our Client

My client is a cutting-edge IoT start-up focused on developing innovative technology solutions. They are seeking a Mobile Manager with a deep understanding of the software development process and extensive experience in IoT product development, where you will work on advanced features to support the development of their future products and solutions.

Job Description

  • Oversee development activities across mobile platforms, coordinating effectively with different teams.
  • Lead both sides (iOS and Android platforms) of R&D.
  • Develop technical roadmaps by assessing software and hardware needs.
  • Collaborate with the mobile team, framework lead, and project managers to decompose tasks, design solutions, and establish project roadmaps.
  • Handle organizational structure, recruitment, and performance evaluations within mobile development teams.
  • Foster growth among engineers through code reviews, design assessments, and hands-on debugging.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing software development cycles and leading teams.
  • Over 2 years of experience in designing and architecting systems.
  • More than 5 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages like Kotlin and Java. Familiarity with Swift, Objective-C, and C++ is advantageous.
