About Our Client

- Take initiative in brand strategies, including the setting of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
- Conduct and be responsible for full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for the business in Taiwan
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional plans to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Conducting competitor and customer insights analysis
The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of marketing experience in FMCG industry, Skin care/cosmetics industry experience will be a plus
- 3+ years people management experience
- Good English proficiency
- BS degree and above
- MBA degree will be a plus
