- To setup brand development strategy in order to achieve the annual goals and build the brand awareness.
- To establish and maintain the brand image and connect media buying, events.
- Cross-channel coordinated of all marketing projects, make plan for annual goal and budget management.
- To understand and influence consumer behaviour, the trends and competition.
- Basing on the brand development strategy, coordinate with Greater China and Singapore area, use every global marketing resource to make plan for integrated marketing and overall business tactic.
- Coordinate with product department, to setup main commodities sales and distribution plan in accordance with annual goal and target market.
- Coordinate with the sales-distribution and retail departments, in connection of consumer's demands and build up all sales channels.
- List, provide and manage monthly and annual budgets.
- Achieve monthly and annual performance objectives: Combine marketing resources to increase the online re-visit and increase the conversion rates.Coordinate with the headquarter and retail department, to make annual strategy and e-commerce development.
Third Party Cooperation
- PR: maintain media relationship, to build up the brand image and to have crisis solving skills.
- Media procurement: targeted brand advertising to increase brand awareness and attract consumers.
- Activities: Make hold brand commodity promotion and activities and to increase buying.
- The official website and community website: use every marketing resources and data analysis, to maintain and manage the website, providing real-time information and promote consumer interaction, to achieve the promotion.
- To lead an efficient team of visual display and e-commerce dept, to achieve company goals and develop personal career.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong communication and years experience in sports, marketing, and e-commerce.
- At least 10 above years of Marketing experience with the ability to motivate and provide professional development.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing, demand generation, brand, sales and business development; also have the record successful performance.
- Advanced experience of a multi-functional marketing and distribution, to target different consumer with different strategy and brands.
- Must be a team player and be able to work independently.
- Must have highly self-organized ability and to know to work with the priority, can work under pressure.
- In High Performance with high Integrity, judge correctly and strong working skill.
- Clear demonstration of internal cross-functional partnership and collaboration. Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.
- Multilingual a big plus.
