Job Description



  • Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across all business units.


  • Provide insightful financial analysis, KPI tracking, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.


  • Collaborate with business heads to develop business cases for new initiatives, store openings, and market expansions.


  • Monitor business performance against targets and provide timely variance analysis.


  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models and dashboards to support scenario planning and decision-making.


  • Partner with Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure financial alignment across the organization.


  • Present financial performance and forecasts to C-level executives and global stakeholders.


  • Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.


  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably within luxury retail, FMCG, or premium brands.


  • Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills.


  • Exceptional analytical, modeling, and storytelling capabilities.


  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) and advanced Excel skills.


  • Fluent in English; other regional languages a plus.
