Job Description

  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy across a flagship therapeutic portfolio
  • Hit revenue and expense targets while driving sustainable growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and commercial stakeholders
  • Build strategic relationships with KOLs and influence national prescribing protocols
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports and third-party partners
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations and ethical business conduct
  • Monitor team effectiveness and leverage analytics to optimise sales performance
  • Drive forward-thinking customer strategies and regional business planning



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in virology or related therapeutic areas (nice to have)
  • Proven leadership in sales within the pharma industry
  • Track record of building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent communicator with commercial acumen and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to navigate complex markets and translate insight into action
  • Degree in life sciences or related field (nice to have)
