-Strategic Planning and Delivery of Business Results. Establish and execute a comprehensive and winning business plan for the Business Unit which aligns Franchise and Brand Strategy with current and future market conditions, to drive superior business results
-Identify, and coordinate internal and external resources, monitor operating expenses, and maintain key relationships essential to achieving growth and profitability targets, regardless of market conditions
-Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to ensure the best organization possible. Elevate the sales team to a high performance, outcomes-focused, organization where diversity and inclusion are valued, and where the team's skills, knowledge, and abilities continually evolve to meet future needs
The Successful Applicant
-Undergraduate degree (B.A. /B.S. required); Masters in related field or M.B.A is preferred.
-Candidates should have a proven track record of success with a minimum of 8 years cross functional experience in key Commercial & Sales Leadership roles
-extensive, diverse cross functional experience, including brand marketing and/or strategic marketing will be a plus
-Very strong direct people management / leadership experience required, including prior experience leading management level teams is required.
-Ability to lead, develop, coach and engage high performing, diverse teams is required.
-Very strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership skills consistent with company's core value
-Demonstrated high level of commercial capabilities and clear cycles of success in prior commercial roles.
