Job Description

* Monitors monthly payroll process and ensures the payments e.g. salary, statutory premium, pension, withholding tax and 2nd generation National Health Insurance are prepared and settled in timely and accurate manner.

* Leads annual compensation and benefits cycles e.g. merit increase exercise, MIP payment, budget planning, salary survey, group insurance renewal, actuarial report etc. in alignment with corporate guidelines.

* Reviews and recommends new hire's salary package ensuring it is balanced against internal equity and external competitiveness.

* Collaborates with HRBPs to perform job evaluation for new or revised positions.

* Leads the implementation and communication of new C&B programs and policies.

* Provides C&B related advice to HRBPs and line managers.

* Reviews and remains up-to-date with C&B policies and procedures. Ensures all practices comply with regulatory, legal and compliance requirement.

* Participates in other ad-hoc HR projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in both C&B/HR Operations
  • Familiar with Labor Standard Law and HR related regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize. complicated ideas.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to strengthen internal and external stakeholder network.
