職務說明

  • Need to be strategic (be able to understand business goals, challenges and identify business high value problems relevant to people and design country level strategy) and hands-on (be able to pull data, analyzing data, form up and lead taskforce team, timely respond to business needs, and regularly doing report out, etc.) at the same time.
  • Need to be able to adapt to a dynamic environment with velocity
  • Collaborate with global HR leadership and local HR team at the same time to drive the changes (Perform under a matrix organization)
  • Lead the team to develop practical/actionable solutions & gain stakeholders' support

  • Must: Good to fluent the candidate is confident to do frequent conference calls with HQ and do English presentations
  • Must:
    1. Be able to give real examples of designing strategic HR initiatives to support business success
    2. Be able to give real examples of being hands-on to deep dive into details, reports, data analytics, and daily operation management.
  • ER exp. is plus
  • Must: People management experience either direct report or dot line report
  • Extrovert personality & mature in interpersonal skills
  • Data oriented, be able to digest, analyze data & convert them into compelling proposals
  • Collaborative, love to work in a high working speed environment
