Job Description

Strategic HR Partnership



  • Partner with local leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals and growth plans.


  • Design and drive talent strategies that support organizational capability, innovation, and performance.


  • Influence and shape people-related decisions with data-driven insights.



Talent Management & Organizational Development



  • Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development programs.


  • Build a pipeline of high-potential talent and foster a learning culture across markets.


  • Coach senior leaders to elevate team effectiveness and employee engagement.



HR Operations & Policy Governance



  • Manage the full scope of HR functions, including talent acquisition, C&B, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR administration.


  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies in both Taiwan and Hong Kong.



Culture & Engagement



  • Champion an inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with the company's values.


  • Lead initiatives to improve employee experience, engagement, and internal communication.


  • Serve as the cultural connector across cross-functional and regional teams.



Regional & Global Collaboration



  • Represent Taiwan and Hong Kong in regional HR discussions and contribute to global projects and process harmonization.


  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, L&D, DE&I, and systems implementation.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.


  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.


  • Demonstrated success in leading across multi-country operations, preferably within multinational organizations.


  • Strong understanding of Taiwan labor law; knowledge of Hong Kong employment practices is a plus.


  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
